Imbue Technology Solutions, Inc., (ImbuTec) is an energy solutions company focused on helping our commercial and institutional customers reduce their operating expenses. We operate through three divisions: Lighting and Energy Solutions, Public Utility Solutions, and Electrical Supplies. In addition, we are actively involved in the development and deployment of energy efficient lighting technologies that dramatically reduce energy consumption, as well as operating expenses in commercial, industrial and institutional applications.

Richard W. Taylor, Esq. - An attorney, environmentalist, community and business leader, Mr. Taylor brings to ImbuTec an exceptional track record in the architecting of deals, as well as his skills as a seasoned public relations liaison. He brings a wealth of knowledge from 13 years in the utility industry as a lobbyist and legal counsel for a Fortune 500 energy company, as well as his years of involvement in political and community development activities.

Stephan C. Davis - A proven results-driven leader with many years experience as a seasoned executive, senior executive coach and human capital leader. He has more than 20 years of experience in the Energy Utility industry, including key executive management positions at two Fortune 500 firms with a strong focus on creating operational efficiencies.

Robert M. Stone - Mr. Stone has over thirty-one years of experience in the lighting and electrical retrofit and supply industry since and has consulted for numerous companies on how to structure and execute performance contracts, as well as strategies for financing such projects.  The companies that he consulted for include Lance Crackers, West Penn Power, Potomac Electric Power Company and Duke Power, among others.

Therefore, we have assembled a corps of seasoned utility customer service technicians to comprise our operations staff.
