Chief Executive Officer – Richard W. Taylor, ESQ.

An attorney, community and business leader, and entrepreneur, Mr. Taylor brings to ImbuTec an exceptional track record in the architecting of deals. His understanding of stakeholder motivations and legal requirements derives from over seventeen years experience in business and governmental affairs, the energy services industry, regulatory practice, and environmental issues. Mr. Taylor’s career includes appointments as federal and state governmental affairs representative, legal counsel, and Director of Knowledge Management for Consolidated Natural Gas Company (CNG) of Pittsburgh, and Director of Communications for Equitable Resources, Inc. As CEO of Macedonia Development Corporation, Mr. Taylor led the development and initiation of housing development, and other community revitalization initiatives in Pittsburgh’s Hill District community. 

Previously, Mr. Taylor served as a law clerk for the Honorable James L. Dennis on the United States Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, was a participant in Harvard University’s Summer Leadership Institute for Faith-Based Economic Development, and acted as an advisor to various congressional and presidential campaigns across the country.  He received his undergraduate business degree, cum laude, from Georgetown University, and his law degree, cum laude, from Tulane Law School. 

Currently, Mr. Taylor serves on the boards of the Port Authority of Allegheny County, the Pennsylvania Environmental Council, and Macedonia Development Corporation. He formerly served as a member and Secretary of the board for the Urban League of Greater Pittsburgh.

 

President & Chief Operating Officer – Stephan C. Davis

Mr. Davis is a proven results-driven leader with many years experience as a seasoned executive, senior coach and human capital leader. He has more than 20 years of experience in the Energy Services industry, including key executive positions at two Fortune 100 firms. At Dominion Resources (formerly Consolidated Natural Gas Company), Mr. Davis held a variety of operational, marketing and human resources roles, culminating in the role of Director of Organizational Development, where he helped reorganize the 5,200+ employee organization to realize savings of several million dollars in operating and maintenance expenses, as well as setting the human capital strategy around recruiting and diversity for the regulated business units of Consolidated. As Vice President, Human Resources for Equitable Gas, Equitrans LLC, Equitable Homeworks and Equitable Energy, he directed the restructuring of the entire organization, including reworking roles of top leadership to build high-performing teams and value drivers. Mr. Davis played a key role in assisting Equitable Resources become the top-ranked utility in the country in financial performance for 2002-2003. Mr. Davis is very active in the community with a variety of boards, and has a passion for organizations that focus on youth mentoring.

 

Vice President of Lighting and energy Services – Robert M. Stone

Robert Stone has been employed in the lighting and electrical retrofit and supply industry since 1974.  He attended such schools as Sylvania in Danvers, Massachusetts, and Nela Park—General Electric in Cleveland, Ohio.  Mr. Stone consulted for numerous companies on how to structure and execute performance contracts, as well as strategies for financing such projects.  The companies that he consulted for include Lance Crackers, West Penn Power, Potomac Electric Power Company and Duke Power, among others.  West Penn Power recognized Mr. Stone for achieving outstanding energy performance for the Kiski Area School District, which resulted from a project he led.  He has served as a resource for several media outlets who have reported on how public institutions use energy efficiencies to save taxpayers’ dollars.  In addition, Mr. Stone also consulted with IBEW Local #5 on how to staff performance contract projects.
