Lighting Retrofits
ImbuTec provides a complimentary, detailed analysis of energy utilization
when evaluating lighting retrofit projects. We identify possible energy conservation
measures and decide which improvements are prudent based on the predicted
savings and return on investment (ROI) model.
We present our lighting solutions and perform the installations within the approved budget and timeline as agreed upon with our customers.
An example of lighting retrofit solutions that ImbuTec has performed include replacing T-12 lighting with T-8 lighting at the Centre Avenue YMCA saving 35% on the existing lighting bill. ImbuTec also converted lighting at the Western Area YMCA tennis court facilities saving 70% on their existing utility costs.
